Please note that Eurostyle Eyewear has ceased trading as an eyewear wholesaler and only operates online for the purposes of selling out stock and supporting customers. The company will only deal with requests for parts, replacements or warranties through the Support Ticketing System
We will attempt to support existing customers with genuine warranty claims until such time as a new distributor/s is appointed to handle our various brands.
To facilitate this please go to the “Support Ticketing System” and raise a ticket for each request. We will respond and advise what is available.
In some cases, where the part or frame is not available locally, we will forward your request to our overseas based supplier, who will send you the frame/part directly. If you have outstanding orders for parts please raise a support ticket for each one so we can update you on their status.
